1. PLATFORM SERVICES
The Platform may provide:

subscription-based services,
consulting and strategic advisory services,
analytics and reporting solutions,
workshops and corporate training,
digital memberships,
customer-specific professional services,
downloadable resources and digital content.
Khilon may modify, update, suspend, improve, discontinue, or remove any Service, feature, functionality, content, workflow, or technical component at any time.
Certain Services may evolve over time due to:
operational requirements,
technical developments,
legal or regulatory obligations,
AI-related advancements,
infrastructure changes,
or commercial decisions.
Certain features may be released in beta, preview, experimental, or early-access form and may contain bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.
2. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS
Certain Services require account registration.
You are responsible for:
maintaining accurate account information,
protecting login credentials,
restricting unauthorized access to your account,
all activities conducted through your account.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with third parties unless expressly authorized by Khilon in writing.
Khilon may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases involving:
account sharing,
unauthorized access,
intellectual property misuse,
payment violations,
platform abuse,
malicious behavior,
security threats,
fraudulent activity,
or violations of these Terms.
3. DIGITAL CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE
All educational content, videos, presentations, analyses, prompts, reports, methodologies, frameworks, templates, AI outputs, workflows, and digital materials available through the Platform are provided solely for the User’s internal or personal use.
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not:
copy,
reproduce,
distribute,
republish,
resell,
sublicense,
commercially exploit,
publicly display,
archive systematically,
create derivative works from,
or use Platform content to train AI or machine learning systems.
You may not use Platform content, outputs, prompts, workflows, methodologies, or materials for:
AI model training,
fine-tuning,
benchmarking,
synthetic dataset generation,
model evaluation,
or development of competing AI systems, consulting systems, or commercial frameworks.
You may not:
record content,
scrape data,
automate extraction,
harvest platform information,
or systematically collect Platform materials.
Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and Services, including but not limited to:
trademarks,
branding,
software,
systems,
methodologies,
frameworks,
prompts,
educational content,
videos,
visual assets,
analytics models,
reports,
AI workflows,
strategies,
digital outputs,
operational systems
remain the exclusive property of Khilon or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
The Services may not be used to develop competing products, consulting systems, AI workflows, training libraries, operational models, or commercial frameworks.
5. AI-POWERED SERVICES
The Platform may include AI-powered tools, automations, recommendation systems, generative AI features, analytical engines, behavioral analytics, or automated workflows.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
While Khilon aims to improve the reliability and usefulness of AI-powered systems, AI outputs may:
contain inaccuracies,
produce incomplete information,
generate unintended results,
fail to meet expectations,
or produce content influenced by third-party AI systems.
You remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing decisions based on AI-generated outputs.
Khilon makes no warranties regarding:
accuracy,
completeness,
reliability,
legal compliance,
commercial suitability,
fitness for a particular purpose,
or business outcomes
with respect to AI-generated content or automated analyses.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
provide accurate information,
maintain required technical infrastructure,
comply with applicable laws,
avoid infringing third-party rights,
cooperate in operational processes where applicable,
refrain from interfering with Platform security or functionality.
You may not:
attempt unauthorized access,
reverse engineer systems,
bypass security mechanisms,
use bots or automated scraping tools,
overload infrastructure,
distribute malware,
engage in spam activity,
exploit vulnerabilities,
or use the Platform in a malicious or abusive manner.
Users may not engage in excessive automated usage, unauthorized load testing, abusive automation activity, or conduct that may negatively affect platform stability, security, or infrastructure performance.
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Service scope is limited to what is expressly described on the relevant service or product page.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Khilon is not responsible for:
customer-side operational failures,
incomplete information or access,
third-party systems,
technical limitations outside Khilon’s control,
infrastructure outages,
customer organizational delays,
API changes,
external platform limitations,
or interoperability issues.
Failure by the User to provide necessary approvals, access, data, operational coordination, or infrastructure may impact performance, availability, or delivery timelines.
Khilon does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & ACCESS PERIODS
Subscription-based Services remain active for the applicable subscription period.
Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the active billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for active subscription periods once Services have commenced.
Khilon may update:
pricing,
features,
modules,
infrastructure,
usage limits,
operational structures,
or subscription models
from time to time.
Educational content and memberships are generally accessible for one (1) year unless otherwise stated.
Content libraries, training materials, and educational resources may be updated, revised, replaced, or discontinued due to:
operational changes,
licensing requirements,
technical developments,
AI-related updates,
infrastructure changes,
or business decisions.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS
The Platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, software, APIs, AI providers, analytics platforms, cloud systems, payment processors, communication tools, and integrations.
Khilon is not responsible for:
third-party outages,
API changes,
infrastructure failures,
interruptions,
platform restrictions,
external technical issues,
or compatibility problems caused by third-party providers.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Any non-public information shared by Khilon, including:
methodologies,
prompts,
operational systems,
AI workflows,
strategies,
analytics models,
business processes,
commercial information,
internal documentation,
technical know-how
shall be treated as confidential information.
You may not disclose, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit such information without prior written authorization.
11. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
the Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis,
Khilon does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, lead quality, conversion rates, advertising performance, return on investment, or commercial success,
Platform availability may be affected by AI systems, infrastructure providers, cloud services, APIs, internet connectivity, third-party vendors, or operational limitations.
Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for business, operational, legal, financial, and strategic decisions made using the Platform or Services.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khilon’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to Khilon during the three (3) months preceding the relevant claim.
Khilon shall not be liable for:
indirect damages,
loss of profits,
loss of revenue,
loss of business,
reputational harm,
data loss,
business interruption,
third-party claims,
consequential damages.
13. PLATFORM SECURITY & MONITORING
Khilon may implement:
security monitoring,
fraud detection systems,
access logging,
technical audits,
behavioral analytics,
operational monitoring tools
to protect the Platform, infrastructure, users, and Services.
Access may be restricted or terminated in cases involving suspected abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
14. FEEDBACK
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, recommendations, enhancement requests, or comments provided by Users regarding the Platform or Services may be used by Khilon without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
15. SURVIVAL
Sections relating to:
intellectual property,
confidentiality,
payment obligations,
disclaimers,
limitations of liability,
dispute resolution,
acceptable use restrictions
shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Khilon may revise or update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.
In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
18. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
