The scope, content, duration, features, and usage terms of each Service are determined based on the relevant product or service page published on the Platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Khilon is not obligated to provide:
additional deliverables,
unlimited revisions,
integrations,
operational management,
dedicated staffing,
ongoing implementation support,
or services not expressly described on the Platform.
Certain Services may be subject to:
operational availability,
consultant scheduling,
infrastructure capacity,
regional limitations,
technical dependencies,
or service availability constraints.
Khilon reserves the right to:
modify,
suspend,
replace,
discontinue,
or update
Services, features, operational workflows, AI systems, or infrastructure components from time to time.
Khilon also reserves the right to correct:
pricing errors,
technical inaccuracies,
content inconsistencies,
or operational mistakes appearing on the Platform.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
Services may be presented using Turkish Lira (TRY) and/or United States Dollar (USD)-based pricing structures.
In accordance with applicable Turkish regulations, payments are processed in Turkish Lira (TRY).
For USD-referenced pricing, the applicable Turkish Lira amount may vary depending on:
banks,
payment providers,
exchange rates,
payment infrastructure,
or transaction-time currency conversion rates.
By completing payment, you accept the final amount displayed at checkout.
Services will not commence until payment verification is completed.
Khilon may suspend, delay, reject, or review transactions for purposes including:
fraud prevention,
payment verification,
operational review,
compliance checks,
or security assessments.
Failed, rejected, disputed, or incomplete payments may result in:
suspension,
restriction,
downgrade,
or termination of Services.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY & COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES
Many Services provided through the Platform involve:
digital delivery,
immediate access,
onboarding,
setup,
strategic preparation,
consultant scheduling,
customer-specific work,
analytical processing,
operational planning,
AI-assisted workflows.
By purchasing Services, you acknowledge that:
digital access may begin immediately after payment,
user accounts may be activated,
educational access may be granted,
consulting capacity may be reserved,
analytical processes may commence,
operational preparation may begin.
Once digital performance or operational processing has commenced, refund eligibility may become limited or unavailable depending on the type of Service purchased.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, certain digital services and immediately accessible content may not be eligible for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights once performance has commenced.
4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Subscription-based Services remain active during the applicable Service Period.
Subscription Services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal may result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.
Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the active billing cycle.
During active subscription periods, Services may involve:

setup,
configuration,
strategic preparation,
operational planning,
analytical processing,
consultant resource allocation,
infrastructure preparation,
AI workflow activation.
Accordingly, refunds may not be available once the relevant subscription period has commenced.
Continued use of subscription Services following renewal constitutes acceptance of:
applicable pricing,
updated subscription terms,
operational changes,
or revised service structures.
Khilon may update:
subscription pricing,
features,
operational structures,
usage limits,
infrastructure,
AI systems,
or service models
from time to time.
5. ONE-TIME CONSULTING & ADVISORY SERVICES
For one-time consulting, advisory, workshop, strategy, or analytical services:
refunds of up to 80% may be available before work has commenced,
a portion of the payment may be retained for operational preparation, scheduling, planning, and reserved consulting capacity.
A Service may be considered commenced once:
consultant scheduling occurs,
meetings are organized,
operational planning begins,
customer-specific preparation starts,
analytical workflows commence,
strategic preparation is initiated.
Once Services have commenced, refunds may no longer be available.
Consulting, advisory, workshop, or strategic services may depend on:
consultant availability,
operational scheduling,
resource allocation,
or infrastructure availability.
Rescheduling requests initiated by the User remain subject to operational availability.
6. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Educational content and digital products available through the Platform may include:
video trainings,
digital memberships,
downloadable materials,
templates,
AI-powered content,
educational resources.
Unless otherwise stated, access periods for educational content are limited to one (1) year.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that:
access may be activated immediately,
digital delivery may begin immediately,
accounts may be automatically enabled.
Users may not:
share access credentials,
provide pooled or multi-user access,
reproduce content,
resell materials,
commercially exploit content,
distribute educational materials,
or transfer account access to third parties.
Once digital access has been granted, refunds may not be available.
Failure to access, complete, download, or actively use educational content does not automatically create refund rights.
7. CUSTOM ANALYSIS & REPORTING SERVICES
Customer-specific analysis, reporting, evaluation, strategic reviews, and AI-assisted assessments may involve:
data processing,
analytical workflows,
operational preparation,
customer-specific reporting,
AI-assisted analysis,
strategic evaluation processes.
Such Services may be considered commenced once:
analytical work begins,
reports are generated,
data is processed,
customer-specific preparation occurs,
or digital access is activated.
Refunds may not be available after commencement of such Services.
AI-generated analyses, reports, recommendations, or summaries may require:
human review,
validation,
operational interpretation,
or independent verification.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for:
providing accurate information,
supplying required documentation,
granting necessary access permissions,
maintaining required technical infrastructure,
participating in operational processes,
providing approvals in a timely manner.
Khilon shall not be responsible for delays, deficiencies, reduced performance, or operational limitations caused by:
incomplete information,
delayed approvals,
insufficient access,
customer operational limitations,
infrastructure deficiencies,
third-party vendors,
operational dependencies,
or lack of participation.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services are suitable for their:
operational,
strategic,
legal,
financial,
or commercial needs.
9. TRAVEL & ON-SITE SERVICES
For physical meetings, workshops, training sessions, or on-site consulting engagements, the Customer is responsible for:
transportation,
local transfers,
accommodation,
travel-related operational expenses.
Business-class travel arrangements may apply depending on:
engagement scope,
operational requirements,
location,
or travel duration.
Accommodation standards may be determined jointly by the parties.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to:
educational content,
methodologies,
frameworks,
strategies,
prompts,
reports,
analytics models,
systems,
AI outputs,
operational workflows,
digital materials
remain the exclusive property of Khilon or its licensors.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to Users.
Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for internal or personal purposes.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Any non-public information shared by Khilon, including:
methodologies,
prompts,
operational systems,
AI workflows,
strategies,
analytics models,
technical know-how,
commercial information,
internal documentation
shall be treated as confidential information.
Such information may not be disclosed, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
12. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis,
Khilon does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, advertising performance, lead quality, return on investment, conversion rates, or commercial success.
AI-powered analyses, reports, recommendations, summaries, or operational outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results.
AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for:
legal decisions,
financial decisions,
operational decisions,
strategic planning,
or business-critical actions.
Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Khilon’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User during the three (3) months preceding the relevant claim.
Khilon shall not be liable for:
indirect damages,
loss of profits,
revenue loss,
reputational harm,
operational disruption,
data loss,
third-party claims,
or consequential damages.
13. SURVIVAL
Sections relating to:
payment obligations,
intellectual property,
confidentiality,
disclaimers,
limitations of liability,
operational restrictions
shall survive termination or expiration of the applicable Services or agreements.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.
In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By completing a purchase through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Pre-Purchase Information Notice.
