1. NATURE OF THE SERVICES
Services available through the Platform may include:
digital content,
subscription-based services,
AI-powered tools,
educational programs,
customer-specific analysis,
strategic consulting,
workshops,
operational advisory services,
digital memberships,
or other professional services.
Many Services involve:
onboarding,
setup,
operational preparation,
strategic planning,
reserved consulting capacity,
digital access activation,
customer-specific preparation,
analytical processing,
or AI-assisted workflows.
Due to the digital, on-demand, and operational nature of the Services, service performance may begin immediately after payment.
By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
digital access may be activated immediately,
operational work may commence,
consulting capacity may be reserved,
customer-specific work may begin,
and refund eligibility may therefore become limited or unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, certain digital services and immediately accessible content may not be eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights once performance has commenced.
Failure to use the Services does not constitute grounds for refunds.
Temporary interruptions, infrastructure limitations, AI-related delays, or partial unavailability of certain features do not automatically entitle Users to refunds.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Subscription-based Services remain active during the applicable billing cycle or Service Period.
Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the current billing period.
Once a subscription period has started:
refunds may not be available,
the subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle,
and access may continue until the applicable expiration date.
This includes Services involving:
onboarding,
setup,
configuration,
analysis,
operational planning,
strategic preparation,
infrastructure allocation,
or consultant resource allocation.
Khilon may discontinue access to cancelled subscriptions at the end of the active Service Period.
Pricing Updates & Renewals
Khilon may update subscription pricing, features, usage limits, operational scope, infrastructure, or service models from time to time.
Updated pricing may apply to future billing cycles.
Where reasonably appropriate, Khilon may provide notice regarding material pricing changes through:
email,
platform notifications,
account communications,
or similar channels.
Continued use of subscription Services following a renewal date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Subscription Services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Recurring charges may be processed through:
stored payment methods,
recurring billing systems,
wire transfer requests,
or available payment providers.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information.
Failed recurring payments may result in suspension, downgrade, restriction, or termination of access.
Failure to complete payment does not automatically terminate the subscription or outstanding payment obligations.
3. ONE-TIME CONSULTING & STRATEGY SERVICES
For one-time consulting, strategy, analysis, workshop, or advisory services:
Before Work Has Commenced
Up to 80% of the applicable payment may be refunded.
The remaining portion may be retained to cover:
reserved consulting capacity,
operational preparation,
scheduling,
planning,
administrative costs,
resource organization.
When Services Are Considered Commenced
A Service may be considered commenced once any of the following occurs:
consulting capacity has been scheduled,
meetings have been organized,
analytical work has begun,
strategic preparation has started,
customer-specific work has been initiated,
operational planning has commenced.
Once Services have commenced, refunds may no longer be available.
4. RESCHEDULING OF CONSULTING SERVICES
Consulting sessions and advisory engagements are scheduled subject to operational availability.
Rescheduling requests initiated by the User may be accommodated based on:
consultant availability,
operational scheduling,
existing reservations,
or service capacity.
Khilon reserves the right to reject rescheduling requests where operational limitations apply.
5. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Platform may provide:
educational videos,
digital memberships,
downloadable materials,
templates,
digital toolkits,
AI-powered content,
or other digital products.
Unless otherwise specified, access periods for educational content are limited to one (1) year.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of such Services:
digital access may begin immediately after payment,
accounts may be activated automatically,
and digital delivery may be considered completed once access is granted.
Once access to digital content or educational materials has been activated, refunds may not be available.
Failure to access, download, complete, or actively use educational content does not constitute grounds for refunds.
6. CUSTOM ANALYSIS & REPORTING SERVICES
Custom analysis, reporting, evaluation, and AI-assisted review services may include:
social media analysis,
strategic assessments,
AI-supported reviews,
business reporting,
customer-specific evaluations.
These Services are customized and operationally initiated for the relevant customer.
Services may be considered commenced once:
data processing begins,
analysis workflows start,
reports are generated,
customer-specific preparation occurs,
or digital access is activated.
Refunds may not be available after commencement of such Services.
7. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DELAYS
Khilon is not responsible for delays, deficiencies, or service limitations arising from the User’s failure to:
provide required information,
grant necessary access,
maintain technical infrastructure,
participate in feedback processes,
cooperate operationally,
or provide approvals in a timely manner.
Such circumstances do not constitute valid grounds for refunds.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds may be processed through:
the original payment method,
payment providers,
banking institutions,
or applicable payment infrastructure.
Refund timing may vary depending on:
banking systems,
payment processors,
regional processing rules,
or third-party financial institutions.
Khilon is not responsible for:
exchange rate fluctuations,
bank commissions,
processing fees,
intermediary charges,
or payment provider deductions.
9. ABUSE, FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS
Khilon reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts in cases involving:
fraudulent activity,
abusive refund requests,
unauthorized chargebacks,
false transaction disputes,
system abuse,
payment fraud,
malicious conduct,
or misuse of the Services.
Khilon may dispute unauthorized chargebacks and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Khilon may use:
transaction records,
payment logs,
access records,
account activity,
system logs,
and operational records
in connection with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal enforcement, or chargeback defense processes.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khilon does not guarantee:
business outcomes,
revenue growth,
lead quality,
advertising performance,
return on investment,
conversion rates,
operational success,
or commercial results.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
AI-powered analyses, recommendations, reports, summaries, and operational outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results.
AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, operational, financial, legal, or strategic decisions.
Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing decisions based on any outputs, recommendations, or Services provided through the Platform.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Khilon shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or operational limitations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
natural disasters,
internet outages,
cyber attacks,
infrastructure failures,
technical malfunctions,
regulatory changes,
force majeure events,
or third-party service interruptions.
Such events do not constitute valid grounds for refunds.
12. SURVIVAL
Sections relating to:
payment obligations,
refunds,
chargebacks,
fraud prevention,
intellectual property,
confidentiality,
disclaimers,
and limitations of liability
shall survive termination or expiration of the Services or applicable agreements.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Khilon may revise or update this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.
In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing or using any Service through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
